My favorite demo in the Matlab help feature was the Earth's Topography. It, first of all, made it possible for me to understand how graphics such as the Earth's globe could be drawn in Matlab programing. It's also an exciting representation of the Earth's surface and could be quite accurate if modified further more. Also the ability of manipulating with such graphics makes it possible to come up with various shapes and colors for the Earths sphere that could describe a lot of information in 3-D pictures.

Also, this has been my first experience with any programing language, and seeing that its fairly easy to come up with such graphics, makes me feel more confident and excited about working with Matlab and challenging its abilities!
