Favorite Matlab Demonstration
I really liked the Loma Prieta Earthquake demonstration because it showed how useful matlab can be for visualizing real-life, 3D data. Most times, it would be easy to make data visualizations through Excel but this showed a tangible example of when learning the commands to use Matlab would be more useful than going through Excel.
