I have tried a keep alive (of various lengths) as well as using Xterm etc. The error occurs predominantly with emacs and kdvi open at the same time, although just emacs can sometimes make it happen as well. All random humor out of the way consider the following for homework purposes:
One of the key issues is nuclear terror and clearly the first step in reducing the possibility of such an occurrence comes from stopping the sloughing of thousands of pounds of radioactive (possibly nuclear fissile) material. More and more is appearing in the news about reactors that are designed around this basic premise and (as per usual) the economist does a great job of describing several of these designs.
