MATLAB Tutorial
My favorite demonstration was the 3-D Surface Plots demonstration. I have never used 3-D plots, so I found it fascinating. I enjoyed being able to manipulate the different aspects of the plot, such as changing the colormap (my favorite is the cool colormap) and changing the shading and type of plot. I played around with it for a while and discovered what I preferred for each aspect.
